For 2006, the project activities will be implemented through 4 identified NGOs in three operational districts:

Role of LEPRA Society in YPI

LEPRA Society has been granted the responsibility of managing the project by establishing and running the Management Support Team (MST) for providing managerial and technical support.

Key tasks of MST

•	Development of District Action Plan on HIV/AIDS prevention in identified districts.
•	Programmatic & Technical support in implementation of HIV prevention activities
•	Support implementation partners both Govt. & Non-government in developing Training strategy on Life skill education for Behavioral Change.
•	Piloting HIV prevention education interventions for young people – documentation & dissemination of lessons learned.
•	To effectively implement Nevirapine administration in Institutional and non institutional deliveries.
•	Provide timely Information on implementation and other matters-reports, briefings, feedback, field visits etc to APSACS/UNICEF.
