Role of LEPRA Society in YPI |
LEPRA Society has been granted the responsibility of managing the project by establishing and running the Management Support Team (MST) for providing managerial and technical support. |
Key tasks of MST |

Development of District Action Plan on HIV/AIDS prevention in identified districts. |

Programmatic & Technical support in implementation of HIV prevention activities |

Support implementation partners both Govt. & Non-government in developing Training strategy on Life skill education for Behavioral Change. |

Piloting HIV prevention education interventions for young people – documentation & dissemination of lessons learned. |

To effectively implement Nevirapine administration in Institutional and non institutional deliveries. |

Provide timely Information on implementation and other matters-reports, briefings, feedback, field visits etc to APSACS/UNICEF. |
